We want every Drumahi Bloom order to arrive in good condition.

Return window

Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

For health and safety reasons, products are eligible for return only when the product seal is intact and the product is unopened. Opened or unsealed superfood and food products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs of the package. The product must remain unopened with its seal intact.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
